1.Booking & Cancellation Policy

• Reservations: All bookings are subject to availability and acceptance by hotel management. A valid government-issued ID is required at the time of check-in for all guests.

• Payments: Full payment or a deposit (as specified during booking) is required to secure your reservation. We accept major credit cards, UPI, and cash.

• Cancellations:

  • Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the check-in date will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in may incur a one-night retention charge.

  • "No-shows" will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

2. Pet Policy (Inara Restaurant & Jironi Resort) We are proud to be a pet-loving establishment.

• Inara Restaurant: We are a Pet-Friendly Restaurant. Well-behaved pets are welcome to join their owners in designated dining areas. Owners are fully responsible for their pets' behavior and must ensure they do not disturb other guests.

• Hygiene & Safety: Pets must be kept on a leash or in a carrier at all times. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.

• Hotel & Resort Rooms: [Optional: If the hotel rooms are NOT pet-friendly, add this:] Please note that while our restaurant is pet-friendly, pets are not permitted inside Hotel Jironi guest rooms unless booked in a specific pet-friendly suite. Please contact the front desk for specific accommodation requests.

3. House Rules & Guest Conduct

• Check-In/Check-Out: Standard Check-in is at 12:00 PM, and Check-out is at 11:00 AM.

• Conduct: We reserve the right to refuse service or remove guests who behave inappropriately, cause damage to property, or disturb the peace of other guests.

• Smoking/Alcohol: Smoking is prohibited in non-smoking rooms. Alcohol consumption is permitted only in designated areas and in accordance with local excise laws.

4. Limitation of Liability

• Valuables: Hotel Jironi & Resorts is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings or valuables left in rooms or public areas. Please use the in-room safes provided.

• injuries: While we take every precaution to ensure safety, the management is not liable for any personal injury or accidents that occur on the premises, including during outdoor activities or treks organized at Jironi Resort.
